10 What is my company worth?
  A: Valuations are based on a combination of factors (size, growth prospects, industry, strategic fit) and typically involve a multiple of a company’s trailing 12 month EBITDA (Earning Before Interest, Taxes Depreciation and Amortization).
11 How long might it take to sell my company?
  A: The length of time will vary but our experience shows that once the parties come to agreement on terms, the process usually takes no longer than 90 days. The total process usually falls in the month 6 to 9 month range.
